EML Sender is a marketing automation platform that enables the creation and sending of professional emails, landing pages, push notifications, SMS, and advertisements.
It helps teams manage customer communication, boost sales, and analyze campaign performance - all within a single unified system.
Problem
Each product team used its own set of tools for managing email, SMS, and push campaigns - resulting in inconsistent workflows, duplicated effort, and limited visibility across the company.
There was no unified system to manage all communications in one place.
The challenge was to create a single platform that could serve all products while remaining flexible enough to meet each team’s specific needs.
Competitive Research
To better understand the market landscape, I analyzed how leading marketing platforms - such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, and Klaviyo - use AI in their workflow.
Across these tools, several key applications emerged:
AI-assisted template creation - helping users generate email layouts, headlines, and copy faster
Predictive segmentation - recommending audiences based on user behavior
Performance optimization - adjusting send times and delivery frequency through machine learning
While most platforms use AI to enhance individual campaign performance, Sender focuses on applying AI specifically at the template creation stage - helping teams design messages faster and maintain consistent quality across all products.
Testing
Testing was conducted internally within the marketing and product teams that were intended to use the platform.
We observed how real users set up and managed their campaigns, identifying friction points and missing configurations early on.
This allowed the team to refine workspace structure, simplify flow creation, and improve navigation clarity before the official rollout.
